Spin Class

Spin class can be a great way to get a vigorous workout, burn calories, and keep your muscles in shape. An instructor guides you through the workout phases. The workout will be set to motivating music and will be a combination of warm-up, steady up tempo, that runs thru, Sprints, climbs and, cool downs, Etc... You have control over the intensity of your own bike throughout. You will be the one to increase or decrease the resistance and speed. Beginners to advanced people are welcome in every class.
