Notice of Meetings – Marshall Creek Community Development District

The Board of Supervisors of the Marshall Creek Community Development District will
hold its meetings for the Fiscal Year 2025 at the Marshall Creek Community Development District
Amenity Center, 625 Palencia Club Drive, St. Augustine, Florida at 4:00 p.m. on the third
Wednesday of each month except as noted:

October 16, 2024
November 20, 2024
December 18, 2024
January 15, 2025
February 19, 2025
March 19, 2025
April 16, 2025
May 21, 2025
June 4, 2025 (first Wednesday)
July 16, 2025
August 20, 2025
September 17, 2025

The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of
Florida law for Community Development Districts.

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. The meetings
may be continued in progress to a time, date, and location stated on the record without additional
publication of notice.

Any person requiring special accommodations at these meetings because of a disability or
physical impairment should contact the District Office at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 7-1-1 for aid in
contacting the District Office.

Each person who decides to appeal any action taken by the Board with respect to
any matter considered at these meetings is advised that person will need to ensure
that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and
evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
